Gentle Hatha yoga is a gentler version of hatha yoga and is suitable for beginners or for those who have not practiced yoga for a while. It is also suitable for people with some restrictions due to age, recent injuries, recovering from surgery or other health issues.

With the Direct Debit system, you are welcome to suspend your pass if you are going on holiday, travelling for business or unable to practice due to serious illness or injury. You can cancel by giving us written notice at least 2 days before the payment is due. The suspension can be made for a period between 2 and 4 weeks. Any payments processed are non-refundable.

Limited amount of studio props are available on loan for FREE to keep them with you until we can safely resume the use of props at the studio. However, the Fully Refundable Security Deposit is required before we hand out of the props.
The money will be paid back in full when you return the props back to the studio, in good condition and washed.

Studio Guideline in the wake of COVID-19 Restrictions
To keep everyone safe, we will be adhering to the strictest regulations in regards to cleaning, 1.5m social distancing and 4m² per personal space.
- We can no longer offer mats for hire. You can bring your own or buy one for $16 at the studio.
- We provide hand sanitisers and anti-bacterial wipes for mats
- Please note that clean yoga mats have been placed on the studio floor at 1.5m apart. Please DO NOT move or remove them. Just place your own yoga mat over it.
- All blankets, straps, bolsters’ and cushions’ covers have been washed. They can be used by covering with your own towel. Otherwise, bring your own props.
- Storage for private yoga mats and props is discouraged, but can be provided at your own discretion
- During this initial stage of RE-OPENING we ask everyone to minimise time spent at the studio before and after the class.

- The link to the class will be emailed to you approx. 1 hour before the class starts.
