Before booking your first class, we encourage you to visit our New to Our Yoga page

To book your class:

Option 1: Scroll down to the "Class Schedule" and click the "Book Now" button.
Option 2: Download the free Momence app to book classes conveniently on your mobile phone.

Livestream Class Information:

The link to join your Livestream class will be emailed to you 1 hour before the class begins.

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid being charged for a class, please cancel your booking through your account at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
You can cancel your booking by selecting "cancel yourself" within your account.
