i had injury, is it safe to practice yoga?
Yes, our teachers are highly qualified and they will be able to suggest the variations to suit your abilities. The best class is Gentle, as it is specifically designed for people with injuries. Please speak to the teacher about your injuries before the beginning of the class and check with your doctor before joining.
can i start yoga if i am 55 or older?
Yes, we love teaching yoga for active mature adults of 55 yo and older. If you are new to yoga, please choose Gentle class. They designed for people of any age and abilities. Our teacher is trained to adjust postures to suite everyone.
is yoga for everyone?
Yoga is suitable for all women and men, regardless of age. Please consult your doctor if in doubts
